It may not seem like it but dry, crumbly dough is perfect for extruding. Don't worry about it being too dry. Pour water slowly through the liquid inlet. If using an egg mixture it must be mixed with water before pouring. Don’t crack an egg directly into the kneading basin. Do not use mixed or blended vegetables in the dough, only vegetable juice. Seasonal changes and using ingredients from different regions may affect the flour/water ratio. If you are in a dry environment you may need to add 5 -10ml water to your recipe.
