CompressorWorks products are engineered and tested to provide years of trouble free operation. Backed by over 50 years of mobile A/C experience, fix it once and fix it right with CompressorWorks. CompressorWorks compressor quality begins with the raw material receiving processes at CompressorWorks warehouse in Grapevine, Texas. All inbound raw material goes through a quality assurance process. From this point, the inventory level of all material is controlled using a kanban system. Throughout the implementation of kanban, just-in-time and other lean manufacturing techniques, CompressorWorks has been able to produce vastly larger quantities of compressors in the same amount of space.
Notes: Four Seasons™ requires the Accumulator/Filter Drier and Orifice Tube/TXV Valve to be replaced, the system completely flushed for Compressor warranty. It is strongly recommended that the Condenser be replaced on vehicles newer than 2002.
